Prepay for at least 5 treatments and receive a 10 % discount. Prepayments are transferable; however refunds of prepayments will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee.

An invoice can be left at your door at time of service. These “treatment to treatment” billings include a $5.00 surcharge and a 10% late fee will apply if not paid within 30 days.
MUST I BE HOME AT THE TIME OF THE APPLICATION?
No, We will treat your lawn and leave an invoice, as well as any instructions or observations, at your door. Treatments are scheduled 6-7 weeks apart. You will be notified by phone the day before your next scheduled treatment.
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR HARD-TO-CONTROL WEEDS SUCH AS DALLIGRASS OR NUTSEDGE?
No, However, since these weeds are difficult to control they may require additional treatments, at no extra charge.
