We offer unlimited service calls if you have questions or concerns, at NO EXTRA CHARGE. We DO NOT call you to try and up sell other services.

We have a courteous, professional office staff to assist you.

We give a courtesy call prior to your treatments so you know we will be out. NO SURPRISE VISITS.

IS IT NECESSARY TO SIGN A CONTRACT?

No, Simply call us at 972-346-2696 and we'll start your program immediately. If you decide to discontinue our service, just notify the office, in writing, at least one full day prior to the next scheduled treatment.

WHY DOES LAWN TECH USE ONLY 5 TREATMENTS WHILE OTHER COMPANIES USE 7 TO 9?

By using only quality slow-released products, we can extend the application time up to seven weeks without any surges in growth or loss of color.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Prepay for at least 5 treatments and receive a 10 % discount. Prepayments are transferable; however refunds of prepayments will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee.
Payments may be automatically charged to your credit or debit card at time of service.
Payments may be automatically paid thru pre-authorized Bank Draft at time of service
An invoice can be left at your door at time of service. These “treatment to treatment” billings include a $5.00 surcharge and a 10% late fee will apply if not paid within 30 days.

MUST I BE HOME AT THE TIME OF THE APPLICATION?

No, We will treat your lawn and leave an invoice, as well as any instructions or observations, at your door. Treatments are scheduled 6-7 weeks apart. You will be notified by phone the day before your next scheduled treatment.

IS THERE A CHARGE FOR HARD-TO-CONTROL WEEDS SUCH AS DALLIGRASS OR NUTSEDGE?

No, However, since these weeds are difficult to control they may require additional treatments, at no extra charge.
