OUR SCHEDULING POLICIES
Lawn Tech has developed a program of 5 properly timed treatments based on sound agricultural and scientific research. For maximum efficiency each of our treatments are timed and formulated to coincide with the seasonal weather conditions and the specific situations of your lawn. It is these properly timed treatments along with proper mowing and watering practices that will result in a beautiful lawn of which we can both be proud.
SCHEDULING POLICIES
Ø It is not necessary to be home at the time of service. However if you need to unlock a gate, or secure pets, we do call our customers Home Phone Number the working day (Monday to Friday) prior to your scheduled treatment. Unfortunately we are unable to give an exact time the technician will arrive at your home. In the event you do not wish the contact number to be your home, please provide us with an alternate phone number.
Ø We try as much as possible to have the same technician service your lawn each time. This allows them to become familiar with you and your lawn. However due to routing it may become necessary for another technician to service your lawn. In this event we want to assure you all of our technicians are properly trained and knowledgeable in all aspects of our services.
Ø In the event the technician cannot service the back lawn, due to the gate being locked or an unruly pet, a note will be left on your invoice stating the reason the back was not serviced. It will be necessary for you to call the office to reschedule the completion of the treatment as soon as possible. We do not give credits for back lawns not being finished.
Ø All treatments are scheduled one full day prior to the service date. In the event the weather or other unforeseen events prevent the technicians from finishing their route, we will call to let you know the date for which your lawn is rescheduled.
Ø In the event of heavy rainfall immediately after an application that includes weed control, please wait 10 to 14 days for the treatment to show visible effects on the weeds. If weeds do not respond to the treatment please notify us so we can schedule a free service call.
Ø Our program continues automatically from treatment to treatment and season to season. If you wish to discontinue service, you must notify the office, in writing, at least one full day prior to the next scheduled treatment.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Ø Prepay for at least 5 treatments and receive a 10 % discount. Prepayments are transferable; however refunds of prepayments will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee.
Ø Payments may be automatically charged to your credit or debit card at time of service.
Ø Payments may be automatically paid thru pre-authorized Bank Draft at time of service
Ø An invoice can be left at your door at time of service. These “treatment to treatment” billings include a $5.00 surcharge and a 10% late fee will apply if not paid within 30 days.
CANCELLATION OF SERVICE
Ø For your convenience, our services continue automatically from season to season. If you wish to discontinue service you must notify the office, in writing, at least one full day prior to the next scheduled treatment.
