  • A Pre-emergent to control crabgrass and other spring annual weeds; and a post-emergent for broad leaf weeds that may be up at that time; along with a shrub and flower bed Pre-emergent.

• Spring

  • A Second Pre-emergent to control foxtails and other summer annual weeds. Along with a well balanced, sulfur coated fertilizer for quick green up. Spot treatment of a post-emergent to eliminate broad leaf and grassy weeds. Also, a Pre-emergent in the shrub and flower beds.

• Early Summer

  • Sulfur Coated, high nitrogen fertilizer application to promote stem growth, and spot treatment of a post-emergent to eliminate broad leaf and grassy weeds. A post-emergent for weeds in the shrub and flower beds.

• Summer

  • A balanced slow release fertilizer to continue healthy growth through the hot season. Spot treatment of a post-emergent for control of both broadleaf and grassy weeds. A post-emergent for weeds in the shrub and flower beds.

• Fall

  • A specially formulated fertilizer to straighten and deepen the root system for those cold winter months. Included is a Pre-emergent to control winter weeds and grasses; along with the shrub and flower bed Pre-emergent.

Options

Tree and Shrubs
  Feedings consist of deep root injections OR foliar spray of complete ornamental fertilizers. They are applied in four applications which coincide with your regular lawn treatments. The applications provide important nutrients needed for early spring growth, rich full color, increased disease and insect resistance, and increased hard winter survival. Treatments also include insect controls applied on an as needed basis at time of regular treatments.

Flea and Tick
Insecticide application to help control flea and tick infestations. While control of these pests is very difficult, this application should help reduce the population in your lawn. The cost of these treatments are the same as your regular application.

Aeration
The removal of small cores of soil to relieve soil compaction and thatch build-up. This establishes a thicker, deeper turf by allowing air, moisture and fertilizer down to the root zone of the grass.

Grub Control
An Application of insecticide formulated specifically for the elimination of turf damaging grubworms. This treatment is applied during the peak feeding period (July and August) and will keep the population down to prevent turf damage from appearing.
